Rhiannon is responsible for developing qualitative research at Northstar Research and in her 13 years at the agency has led a host of domestic and international studies across a range of categories and clients. Rhiannon is passionate about finding new techniques to smash the one-way-mirror between clients and participants, and is dedicated to improving the way insight is socialised within client organisations.
