Nils-Erik Gustafsson, Ericsson Senior UX Researcher
After studying Computer Science & Technology at the Linköping Institute of Technology, Nils-Erik has worked with man-machine interaction, usability and user experience since 1982, mainly in the IT and Telecom industry.
He has also experience as a consultant with assignments ranging from anesthesia machines to subway control systems. In parallel, he has always worked as teacher, e.g., at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and the Umeå Institute of Design.
Teaching and user research is all about communication and interaction. “You learn as long as you have students.”
