Working for Electrolux Europe, Jessica is on a mission to enable more consumer centric and data-driven decision making across one of the biggest appliance manufacturers in the world. Working with insights means being curious about human attitudes and behaviors in general and understanding how the bigger shifts in society, technology, economy as well as the planetary boundaries impact those attitudes and behaviors. As the world is getting more complex, she tries to simplify and democratize data and insight within our company. Knowing that time is limited, while data is not Jessica learnt that the best way to create meaningful business impact is to keep even the most complex of issues simple and actionable. She loves trying out new technologies and taking on new challenges, especially when it comes to research.
