Working for Lloyds Banking Group, Anurag has 15 years of industry experience in areas of Agile transformation and Product ownership in customer facing propositions. He worked for Global Services business of British Telecom to shape and deliver the official internet services provider partnership for London Olympics 2012. He worked as a technology consultant for Accenture advising and driving agile transformation for clients like RBS and Barclays. Moved across to Lloyds in 2014, primarily to define and deliver strategic agile transformation across Digital Banking. In addition, owns the ‘manage money’ digital experience for Lloyds banking Group as Journey Owner serving 16million UK based customers.
Anurag is passionate about practical Agile transformation and using research as a tool to put customers at forefront of decision making. He is an advocate of the power of research to drive the right customer design and outcomes. He has been championing the use of innovative design and research methodologies for product improvement.
Outside of work, he likes to spend time with his family, hiking, reading and music.
