Merlien Meet Safe Policy

At Merlien our first priority is to ensure the health and well-being of our delegates. Our on-site team is fully vaccinated. All on-site staff will adhere to a strict health & safety protocol.

Please note the following measures and guidelines when attending one of our live events

  • Social distancing policy (distance of 1.5 meters) is practised where possible
  • While in the meeting area all guests are asked to follow the mask policy in place
  • Mask need not to be worn when seated in the conference room
  • Sanitizing gels, wipes and protective masks will be available throughout the meeting area
  • All meeting areas are sanitized multiple times a day
  • Regular manual or constant automatic airing of the conference rooms
  • F&B service adjusted to personal servings where applicable
  • Contactless check-in (just show your ticket or provide your name card for booking verification)

 

UPDATE: As of 2 April 2022, proof of vaccination is no longer required. We will continue to uphold our mask policy.

 

Tested, Vaccinated or Cured policy

Due to government regulations, all delegates will be required to provide one of the following proofs upon arrival:

 Antigen Rapid Test

An officially certified antigen rapid test, which is not older than 24 hours*

*if local regulation allows, a self-test can be completed on site

 Vaccination

Officially certified vaccination with an EU approved vaccine at least 15 days before arrival and not older than 6 months

 Proof of Recovery

An official proof of recovery older than 28 days but not older than six months

Additional local regulations may apply and will be communicated to all participants ahead of each conference. Please also inform yourself about the current exit/entry regulations in your country of residence and host country.
