Global Consumer Insights Manager
Marieke Koningen studied applied communication studies at the University of Twente, after graduation she started her market research career at Research International. In various roles she worked on several FMCG clients like Heineken, FrieslandCampina, BAT and Coca Cola.
Marieke prefers to work on complex international studies with a focus on communication and (concept) product testing. At Research International and later at TNS Marieke developed both quantitative and qualitative research skills.
After working at the agency side for almost 8 years Marieke made the switch to the client side and joined Dorel Juvenile 6 years ago. Dorel Juvenile is mainly known for its brands Quinny, Maxi-Cosi, Safety 1st and Tiny Love.
At Dorel Marieke is responsible for all Global consumer research projects. These projects vary from brand health studies, testing new concept and products, and better understanding the wants and needs of parents and parents to be in different markets all over the globe.
Marieke is married and has three young children and lives in the city of Helmond.
