Consumer Scientist, Sensory and Consumer Science
Maria has a phd and post-doctoral background within Kids Food Marketing & Consumer Behaviour from MAPP, Department of Management, Business & Social Science, Aarhus University. At Arla Foods, Maria works within Sensory & Consumer Science, as part of Research & Development, in close collaboration with universities. Specifically, Maria focuses on topics about understanding drivers of kids’ consumer behavior, including the cognitive, emotional, affective, motoric, social, as well as environmental. Moreover, Maria is deeply focused on and engaged in how to involve kids in research in an ethical way, taking kids’ psychological development & age differences into consideration. She has developed & implemented Kids Research Guidelines, internally at Arla. Besides, she has published a number of kids academic papers and review for journals & conferences.
