Sara Forell, Ericsson XD Line Manager
Sara studied Anthropology and History at Gothenburg University, performing ethnographic field-work for her thesis among local and international aid workers in post-tsunami Aceh, Indonesia.
Before joining the Experience Design team at Ericsson in Sweden Sara worked for a Spanish innovation consultancy conducting ethnographic field studies to inform ideas of new products and services.
A big part of Sara’s work has been dedicated to mentoring and training other Researchers and also Designers in ethnographic practices and to evangelize user research with a focus on qualitative methods.
