Robin is passionate about the new levels of insight that can be achieved through the integrated application of online and mobile research tools, merging quant and qual methodologies to deliver insight that will have a direct business impact.
His career started as a planner in ad. agencies (London and Sydney) and over the last 10 years he has pioneered the application of innovative online methodologies and has build up a good understanding of what works most effectively in the real world!
Robin recently joined Field Agent (the first company to combine the power of crowdsourcing with mobile technology to deliver real time insight) as Head of Customer Experience in the UK.
