Rob takes personal responsibility for every project. He not only leads the firm but regularly goes into the field to actively work alongside the team and contribute to the development of insights and strategy for our clients. Turning stories into strategy, Rob makes recommendations memorable and meaningful. Communication is paramount. Prior to founding Ignite 360 Rob spent 15+ years gaining experience in marketing services, working with clients to understand consumer needs, develop actionable insights and tactical plans to deliver results.
Rob is driven by a boundless curiosity about human nature and a passion for exploring what motivates people. Rob has worked with clients across industries from Fortune 500s to start-ups, and got his marketing management and promotions experience with Kraft Foods, Wild Planet Toys, Pepsi, Sprint and Science Diet Pet Food. As Rob moved into insights he started developing groundbreaking insights for industry leaders such as General Mills, Target, Pinkberry and Warner Bros. When not busy translating themes into actionable thoughts, Rob lives in San Francisco with his partner and their three sibling cats.
