Rapha is particularly passionate about using qualitative research to step up in stakeholder’s development skills. He joined CMI function in Unilever France to manage the Personal Care portfolio, and rapidly moved to a global CMI function, where he currently works across several haircare brands. Aside from this, he is in charge of developing programs that bring consumer closer to stakeholders, and allows rapid and powerful research.
