After starting his research career agency side and then heading up the insight team at DHL, Peter has spent the last 15 years at Shell supporting the development of customer insights across their global businesses from shopper missions in the convenience retail sector, through premium fuel branding, to customer loyalty development. Peter is passionate about finding new ways, not only to understand the customer, but to engage the business to drive change. Although living in London, Peter is an avid supporter of Cardiff City F.C a passion that is not always so well rewarded.
