Qualitative Research Specialist

Jennifer joined the Marketing department of Booking.com in 2016, where she has played an instrumental role in establishing and advocating for the use of qualitative research as a tool to inspire, inform and test marketing communications in a data driven environment. Prior to this, she spent 6 years working agency side in London with clients such as Google, Vodafone, BBC and Jaguar Land Rover. She loves using research to understand different cultures and help bring her teams closer to customers.
