Ilka KuhagenIlka Kuhagen is an independent researcher and consultant, based in Munich, Germany. She graduated from the Ludwig-Maximilian-University, Munich, in Business Administration, having focussed on marketing and psychology. After several years in consultancy Ilka Kuhagen founded IKM in 1994. IKM specializes on qualitative research within business-to-business and health-care within an international context. Clients of IKM are usually international corporations that focus the European market. In 2013 she founded Think Global Qualitative a globally spread team of partners with a full range of experience and expertise to provide a well respected service to a diversity of clients. Ilka has started very early to use online and mobile tools for qualitative research and loves to pioneer new tools and methods.
