Hannele Duval, AplusA

Qualitative Department Director

Hannele graduated in Journalism and Communication from the University of Tampere in Finland. After initially working in journalism specialising in healthcare and psychology Hannele transitioned to healthcare market research. She now has nearly 20 years of experience mainly in qualitative market research from France, the UK and Sweden.​
She has recently joined AplusA as a Qualitative Director after working as Divisional Director at Kantar Health in Epsom, UK. Hannele has got a special interest in creative qualitative techniques, ethnography studies and in driving the use of innovative technologies.​ Hannele managed and analysed the neuromarketing study together with Didier Formont and Christine Mai and she conducted the interviews.
