Eilís Delany is a Senior User Researcher at Ericsson Worldwide.
She spends most of her time collecting rich data to help companies understand the “Why?” behind the “What?”
Through mixed methods and experimental approaches, she identifies patterns and connections between human stories and Excel spreadsheets.
Eilís is currently building her up her tolerance to coffee in preparation for her first Swedish winter.
