Carol Frer UX Research Designer
Born and raised in Brescia (Italy), I moved to Bologna to study Sociology, where I discovered two things: an insatiable desire to try out new places, and an even stronger discovery thirst, that only research could improve.
Since then I have worked for some of the most known research and brand consulting agencies in Italy, UK, Germany and Turkey, and helped some of the most iconic brands of our time spot market opportunities, create new solutions and communicate them to the public.
I currently work at the Volkswagen Group Future Center Europe in Potsdam, where we ideate and test mobility solutions for the future and we bring a “human touch” into autonomous vehicles.
My areas of focus include: Innovation, UX, research, design thinking, marketing strategy, media and communication, creative development and consulting.
