Annette Billen is Consumer Insights Manager for British American Tobacco. She discovered her passion for consumer understanding agency side in 2012 as research consultant. In 2017 she joined British American Tobacco where she is leading the consumer insights programs in the DACH area. Her mission is to be “the voice of the consumer” and a trusted advisor for the strategic marketing planning in exciting but yet challenging times of change and transformation of the industry.
