Before joining Jigsaw, Alex worked for Research International where he ended up as Head of New Media research. During his career, Alex has researched a variety of sectors and research topics, most notably digital media, both as a subject in itself and as a method of conducting research. At Jigsaw Research, Alex continues to be fascinated by technology based sectors (such as telecoms, the internet, TV and games) being interested in the impact it has on individuals. He works in both quantitative and qualitative fields, and is especially interested in online quantitative and advanced qualitative. Alex has presented (and won awards) at many different events including the MRS conference, the MRA CSI in the US, BIG and ESOMAR. He has twice won the best B2B paper award at the prestigious MRS Effectiveness Awards.
